Police arrested a Palestinian who is illegally staying in Israel on a bus on Highway 2 on Friday after receiving a warning that there was a plan to execute a terrorist attack.
The Palestinian was located after traffic police blocked the highway in both directions near the Netanya Interchange - leading to traffic jams.
