IDF chief Gantz leaves for work visit in US, Canada
IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz left Sunday for North America on a work trip to Canada and the United States.
During his visit, Gantz will meet with security and military officials in Toronto, Ottawa, Washington and New York, including Canadian Chief of the Defense Staff General Thomas Lawson and the US Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey.
