First woman appointed on Kahlon's list for upcoming elections

Moshe Kahlon, Chairman of the Kulanu party, has recruited the first woman to join his list in the upcoming elections – former deputy mayor of Kiryat Shmona Dr. Yifat Bitton.
Kahlon will announce the decision to include Dr. Bitton, who holds a PhD in Education, on his list on Monday morning.
