Palestinians submit complaint to UN over tax funds freeze
Palestinian UN Ambassador Riyad Mansour has sent a letter of complaint to the secretary general of the UN, the president of the Security Council, and the president of the General Assembly, following Israel's decision to freeze Palestinian tax funds.
