IDF to move 1,000 soldiers to Jerusalem and north to help during storm
About 1,000 soldiers from the Home Front Command, unit 202 of the Paratroopers Brigade and unit 601 of the Engineering Brigade will be transferred to Jerusalem to help residents during the upcoming storm - if necessary.
The forces will be stationed near hospitals in Jerusalem in order to enable their continual function throughout the storm and also near government buildings in the capital.
