Winter storm subsides; schools reopen in Jeruslaem

Schools throughout the Jerusalem mountain area were scheduled to reopen on Thursday morning as the heavy winter storm that hit Israel subsided. Schools in the Jerusalem area will reopen at 10 am and schools in the Israeli settlement of Ariel will reopen at 9 am.
