UN says to launch Libya talks in Geneva on Wednesday

The United Nations said Libyan parties would begin meeting in Geneva on Wednesday, although one of the delegations said earlier it would postpone a decision on whether to attend until Sunday.
It was not immediately clear whether both rival Libyan factions would attend the talks organized by Bernardino Leon, the UN special envoy for Libya.
