Israel's airstrike in Syria was an attempt to target a cell planning to fire rockets at Israel, according to a report from the Lebanese MTV television station.
Earlier Sunday, the Lebanese outlet Al Mayadeen reported that an Israeli helicopter fired two missiles at a target in the village of Mazraat al-Amal.
