Car bomb goes off in vehicle of Gaza military police official, none hurt
A car bomb damaged the vehicle of a Gazan Interior Ministry security official overnight Monday, causing no casualties, the ministry and witnesses said.
"A roadside bomb damaged the car of an officer of the military police parked outside his home in northern Gaza City causing no casualties," said a statement from ministry spokesman Iyad al-Bozoum.
Witnesses said the car belonged to Colonel Helmy Khalaf, chief financial officer in the military police.
