Shouting and disruptions delayed the issuance of US Supreme Court rulings on Wednesday, according to audio of the session.
The incident occurred on the fifth anniversary of the high court's divisive ruling in the case Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission. That 5-4 decision dismantled restrictions on independent corporate and union expenditures in federal elections.
