Lebanese parliament speaker: Israel has put Iran on its borders
Israel has "put Iran on its borders and in direct confrontation with it," Lebanese parliament Speaker Nabih Berri said on Wednesday, according to the Daily Star.
An airstrike in southern Syria killed 6 Hezbollah men and 6 Iranian Revolutionary Guards, including a general. The attack is attributed to Israel, though the IDF has refused to comment on reports.
"Israel has committed a strategic mistake and playing with fire does not mean that fire is a game," Berri was quoted as saying.
