Yisrael Beytenu seeks to bar united Arab list from running

Yisrael Beytenu announced it would petition the Central Election Committee to bar the united Arab list from running for the upcoming Knesset.

"He who puts himself on a single list alongside Balad, whose entire purpose is to support terror organizations and cooperation with Israel's enemies, is not worthy of serving in Israel's Knesset," read a party statement.

A representative of the Arab list declared that the petition was "a populist step by the corrupt, racist Lieberman, in light of our rise in the polls while he crashes".
