Hezbollah was responsible for rockets fired into the Golan Heights on Tuesday from the Syrian army's 90th division headquarters in Quneitra, according to a statement by the director of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Rami Abdel Rahman, to newspaper Asharq Al-Aswat.
