Women comprise 16 percent of graduating police cadets

16 of the 101 police cadets who graduated their officers' course on Thursday were women – nearly 16 percent.

The figure suggests discrimination against women in Israel's police force, shortly after four deputy commissioners resigned amid allegations of sexual harassment. In 2012, only two women graduated the officers' course, and in 2013 there were six.
