Russia will not allow 'military superiority' over Russia
MOSCOW - Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said on Friday Russia would not allow other countries to gain military superiority over it and promised to fulfil a plan to modernise the armed forces, Interfax news agency reported.
"The task set by the president - to prevent (others') military superiority over Russia - will be fulfilled unconditionally," Shoigu was quoted as saying.
