Ukraine: Rocket strike in Kramatorsk kills 15
The death toll from a rebel rocket attack on the Ukrainian city Kramatorsk rose to 15 on Tuesday, officials said.
Another 63 people, including five children, were wounded in the attack on the city that houses Ukraine's military headquarters in the war-torn east of the country, security chief Oleksandr Durchynov said in a statement.
