Ga'aton River in Nahariya overflows due to heavy raining

The Ga'aton River in Nahariya overflowed on Thursday evening, flooding nearby streets in several dozens of centimeters of water. Sderot HaGa'aton were blocked in the section near the riverbank.
The flooding was a result of hours of heavy rain in the river source in the Western Galilee.
The Nahariya municipality pumped water that reached houses and businesses.
