Zionist Union leader Isaac Herzog attacked Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday over his scheduled address to a joint session of the US Congress. "He promised to stop the Iranian threat and yet after all the speeches and headlines Iran is now a nuclear-threshold country.
He insisted, "No spin or speech in Congress will whitewash this failure."
