Report: Russia's fighter jets start 'active phase' of military exercises in northwest
Russian fighter jets have started the 'active phase' of military exercises in Russia's northwest, Interfax news agency said on Wednesday, citing a spokesman for Russia's Western military district.
The exercises will include air-to-air missile drills, Interfax reported.
