High Court: MKs Zoabi and Marzel can participate in next elections

The High Court has decided to overturn the Centerl Election Committee's decision to ban two potential members of Knesset – one a far right Jewish activist, another a firebrand Arab MK – from running the next election.
In both the case of Baruch Marzel and MK Hanin Zoabi a majority panel of eight justices supported overturning the ban.
