Herzog: If the storm preparation fails, Netanyahu will blame Menny Naftali

Zionist Union chief Isaac Herzog slammed Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at a campaign event on Thursday for his handling of a previous winter storm. "Homeless people froze to death because of negligence and inaction. Now during the elections he runs in front of the cameras and promises to help."
He added: "I only worry that if the storem preparation fails this time, he will blame (former caretaker) Menny Naftali for it."
