Taybeh resident suspected of kidnapping two Palestinians and extorting them with threats

A 31-year-old Taybeh resident has been arrested on suspected of kidnapping two Palestinians on Wednesday with the help of two other suspects, who have yet to be apprehended. The suspects allegedly held the Palestinians in a building and extorted money while using a weapon to threaten them.
