Permitted for publication: Shin Bet uncovers 2 terrorist cells in joint IDF operation
The Shin Bet permitted for publication Thursday that it uncovered two terrorist cells in a joint operation with the IDF in the Binyamin region whose members had shot at Israeli vehicles and an IDF post.
According to the Shin Bet, several members of the group admitted to planning additional attacks, including plans to abduct an IDF soldier. During the investigation, five pistols, a rifle, and ammunition were turned over to the security services.
