Islamic Movement supporters in Nazareth protest Charlie Hebdo distribution in Israel

Some 1,000 supporters of the Islamic Movement's northern branch protested in Nazareth against the Supreme Court's ruling to allow the Yisrael Beiteinu party to distribute copies of French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo as part of its election campaign.

The protestors said they would not allow anyone to insult the Prophet Muhammad and stressed that the court's ruling "harms Islam". They added that they would continue to protest against the decision and the actions of party chairman Avigdor Lieberman.
