Netanyahu to Congress: I never intended for my speech to be political

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Tuesday during his long-anticipated Congress address, "I know that my speech has been the subject of much controversey. I deeply regret some interpreting my being here as political - that was never my intention."

Netanyahu also said that US-Israel ties have always remained above politics.
