Palestinian yielding a knife stopped by armed resident in West Bank

The West Bank security center recieved a report Thursday of a stabbing attempt by a Palestinian man that was reportedly thwarted by a settler who took out his personal gun.

According to the report, the Palestinian man came close to the Yitzhar junction with a knife in his hand when a resident of the settlements saw and took out his own weapon.

Security forces began combing the area after the incident.
