Israel Chemicals workers protest in front of PMO

A day before a planned strike in the south, hundreds of Israel Chemicals employees protested in front of the Prime Minister's Office in Jerusalem on Wednesday morning.

The protestors were joined by workers from Jerusalem's daycare centers, nurseries, and after-school programs, who have also been striking. 

During the protest, Danny Bonfil, the leader of the Jerusalem branch of the Histadrut labor union organization, threatened to expand the strike to Jerusalem and the central region.
