Livni waives right to rotate PM seat with Herzog

Zionist Union co-leader Tzipi Livni announced Monday evening that she will relinquish her right – as agreed when she joined lists with Labor – to rotate the leadership of Israel with Isaac Herzog, should the center-left bloc form a coalition.
Previously, Livni and Herzog had agreed to rotate as prime minister every two years.
