Herzog: 'We made the greatest achievment since Rabin's election in 1992'

Chairman of the Zionist Union Isaac Herzog spoke in front of a crowd of his supporters at the end of Election Day on Tuesday and said: "We made an unbelievable achievment today. Since the elections of 1992, when Yitzhak Rabin was elected, we did not see such results and I'm very proud to be here with Michal (Herzog's wife). It's important for me to say that I would not get to this moment without the brave and wonderful partnership between me and Tzipi Livni."

Herzog continued and said that it will be his partnership with Livni "that will bring us to the great political upheaval in Israel. I want to form a true social government for Israel. I call on all the social factions to unite under a government headed by me, that will be a reconciliation government for Israel."
