El Al flight LY571 to Bucharest, the capital of Romania, has been delayed following a malfunction in one of the aircraft systems.
The airplane, which had already begun to accelerate in preparation for takeoff, remained on the ground and returned to Terminal 3, where the passengers disembarked.
