Outgoing Internal Security Minister Yitzhak Aharonovich intends to extend the term of Police Commissioner Yohanan Danino, who was set to leave the position on May 1, until a new government is formed, Ynet was told.
Additionally, Aharonovich will seek to extend the term of the prison service's chief.
