Two people were wounded on Wednesday when military ordnance believed to have come from Syria exploded in southern Turkey, a statement from the local authorities said.
The ordnance landed at 2:35 am (0035 GMT) in a riverbed in the border town of Reyhanli, a statement from the Hatay provincial governor's office said. "There was minor material damage in residences near where the ordnance landed and two people suffered minor injuries," the statement said.
