Kremlin: Putin congratulated Netanyahu on re-election

Russian President Vladimir Putin called Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to congratulate him for winning his re-election bid and wished him luck on forming a coalition, according to an official statement from the Kremlin.
The statement said the two leaders spoke about various issues involving their states and discussed regional topics as well. The two expressed concern over the escalation in Yemen.
