Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei said in a televised address on Thursday that the tentative nuclear deal with world powers is "non-binding". He also called the prospect of lifting sanctions in stages "unacceptable", saying they must be removed on the same day a deal is signed. Khamenei added that an extension of the June 30 deadline "would not be the end of the world" and that the talks between Iran and the powers were only about the nuclear issue.
