About 400 migrants died in a shipwreck after leaving Libya in an attempt to reach Italy, Save the Children reported on Tuesday, citing testimony from survivors who were rescued from another boat and brought to an Italian port.
In a statement, Save the Children said among the victims were "many young men, probably minors".
