Israel Police investigating death of Polish tourist
Israeli police says the body of a Polish tourist has been found with signs of violence on her body three days after she was reported missing.
Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld says the woman was found in a forest in Nazareth in northern Israel. He said police are investigating and it's still not clear if she was killed in a criminally motivated attack or by militants. Rosenfeld said the woman had been staying at a hotel in Nazareth with her father and was reported missing Thursday night. The mostly Arab city in northern Israel with its holy sites sacred to Christians is a big draw for tourists. Local media said the woman was in her 20's and might have been sexually assaulted.
