Iraqi officials say two bombings, one near a marketplace and the other near a courthouse, have killed seven people.
Police officials say the first of Friday's attacks took place in the morning, when a bomb exploded near an outdoor market in the Sunni town of Tarmiyiah, killing four people and wounding eight. Tarmiyah is 50 kilometers (30 miles) north of Baghdad.
