Kahlon to raise real estate acquisition tax to 25%

Under the coalition agreement between the Likud and Kulanu, the parties agreed to raise the investment tax from 5 to 10 percent to 20 to 25 percent.

 

It was further agreed that the Construction Ministry's real estate partners will build 700 apartments for public housing and will sell off lands at a discount to contractors.
