Olmert could face up to 18 months in prison in Talanksy affair

The prosecutor in trial of former prime minister Ehud Olmert sought to impose an 8-18 month punishment for Olmert on Tuesday as part of the sentencing phase which began Tuesday morning in the Talansky affair.

Olmert was convicted of fraud and breach of trust after his former assistant Shula Zaken released video recordings on the subject.
