Court overturns convicted of former MK Mohammad Barakeh
The Tel Aviv District Court overturned Sunday the conviction of former MK Mohammad Barakeh.
Barakeh was convicted of punching a man who was documenting a left-wing protest.
The judges said their decision was based on the fact it has been a decade since the incident, and the fact Barakeh was not a member of Knesset at present.
