US names Rosenberg as new acting head of Drug Enforcement Administration

The US Justice Department on Wednesday named Chuck Rosenberg as the new acting administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Rosenberg currently serves as chief of staff to the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and has previously served as US attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia and the Southern District of Texas.
"He has proven himself as an exceptional leader, a skilled problem-solver, and a consummate public servant of unshakeable integrity," Attorney General Loretta Lynch said in a statement on Rosenberg's appointment.
