Perpetrator of car attack identified as previously imprisoned Hebron resident
The perpetrator of Thursday's vehicular terror attack at Alon Shvut Junction has been identified as Mohammed Al-Rafia, a 22-year-old resident of Hebron. He was released from prison about a year ago after serving time for throwing stones and possession of a cold weapon.
