Tel Aviv kicks off 2015 Pride Month

This year, it's already a tradition. The Tel Aviv Municipality building has been lit up with the colors of the LGBT community's rainbow flag as the opening shot of Pride Month, which will be celebrated in the Israeli metropolis in a series of events throughout June.

As usual, the highlight of the month will be the Tel Aviv Pride Parade, whose new route passes through a significant part of the city's promenade.

Other Pride Month events, which will focus on the transgender population, include a health conference for the LGBT community (MAY 28-29),

a cultural festival art at the Gan Meir gay center, the LGBT Film Festival at the Tel Aviv Cinematheque, and more.

Alongside the official events, a variety of parties will be held in the city's clubs. Two major parties will take place on June 11 at the Shefayim Water Park (Water Park Tel Aviv) and on June 13 at the Bloomfield Stadium.
