Metula council head Herzl Boker passes away at age 62
Metula council head Herzl Boker passed away from an illness on Saturday morning at the age of 62.
Boker, a lieutenant colonel in reserves, first became council head in 2008, and was in his second term when he passed away.
He resigned two days ago due to a worsening of his condition.
