25 dead, mostly children, in a fire at a Syrian clinic

25 people, mainly children were killed and 30 were wounded on Sunday in an accidental fire in a small clinic in north-east Syria, according to Syrian state television.

A fuel tank exploded at the Maysalun clinic in Qamichli, a Kurdish city near the Turkish border.
