Anti-ISIS international coalition to take place in Paris on Tuesday

The international coalition against the Islamic state will take place on Tuesday in Paris to review its "strategy" following the jihadists' progress in Iraq and Syria, but also to persuade the Iraqi government to further integrate the Sunni minority.

The meeting, to be attended by 24 ministers or representatives of international organizations, should be co-chaired by French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius, his US counterpart John Kerry and Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi. But John Kerry who broke his femur in a bike fall at the Franco-Swiss border and was briefly hospitalized Sunday morning in Geneva, has canceled his participation to return to the United States.
