IDF prosecuter: criminal investigation on death of 5 Palestinians in Khan Yunis during Protective Edge

The army prosecutor, Major General Dani Ephroni has decided to launch a criminal investigation regarding three incidents from Operation Protective Edge, chief among them the deaths of nine Palestinians at a beachside cafe in Khan Yunis, as a result of an alleged IDF strike.

Additionally there will be an investigation of an alleged unjustified beating, and unauthorized shooting at a Palestinian clinic
