Cleared for publication: A second Israeli is being held in Gaza

It has been cleared for publication that a second Israeli, a member of a minority community,  is being held in the Gaza Strip, in addition to the 28-year-old Avra (Avraham) Mangisto of Ashkelon. The former crossed the fence into Gaza three months ago under the cover of the greenhouses of Kibbutz Erez. This occurred after having tried to cross the fence several times in the past without success.
