Moshe Ya'alon: 'Israel is making great efforts to free Israelis from Hamas captivity'

Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon said upon landing in Israel after a visit to Italy that "two Israeli citizens are in the hands of Hamas in the Gaza Strip. Israel is making "great efforts to bring them back to their families. We consider Hamas responsible for their fate and we demand their return."

According to Ya'alon, "I met with the family of Avraham Mangisto, I update them regarding our operations and encouraged them. We are also in touch with the family of the other Israeli being held in the Gaza Strip and are updating them on developments."
