Herzog: One-sided Gaza disengagement plan was a mistake in hindsight
Chairman of the opposition Isaac Herzog said in a ceremony marking 10 years to the disengagement from Gaza that: "Today it is clear to me, in hindsight, that the disengagement plan as a one-sided action, and without any agreement, was a mistake."
